Hema’s story

Hema founded PSYKHE after years on both sides of the client–consultant divide, determined to rebuild trust through transparency and empathy. PSYKHE became her answer: agile like a startup, rigorous like a consultancy, built to do good and do well.

With 16+ years guiding organisations through transformation, she’s helped organisations rethink how they design, decide, and deliver across sectors, contexts, and cultures.

Her track record spans digital, e-commerce strategies, and physical-digital experiences, anchored in human-centred design.  

She’s also an Adjunct Lecturer at the National University of Singapore, teaching topics around Service Innovation and Design.
