Managing Director of PSYKHE
PSYKHE began in 2018 — a tiny team of four with a big belief in the power of design to move people.
By 2022, We went regional, bringing PSYKHE to Australia, moving into the National Design Centre, and launching Synapse by PSYKHE: our space to play, test, and think louder.
Our work for DBS ITAS won the Singapore Good Design Award in 2023. We deepened our learning culture with 8+ Lunch & Learn sessions, now with a team of 15.
By 2024, we established UX and UI practice leads and created our own Heuristic Evaluation Framework, raising our own standards of practice. We doubled down on research and creation, building original tools to power collaboration and creativity.
In 2025, we rewired. AI became central to how we work and serve, and our borders grew with new teams in Malaysia and Indonesia.
