With 9+ years across banking, hospitality, and government, she has a knack for making complexity feel navigable without losing sight of the people behind every screen and system.

She's helped teams redesign journeys, digitise processes, and make complex experiences easier to use with a rare blend of analytical thinking and entrepreneurial instinct.

Off the clock, she plays competitive floorball in the Singapore Premier League and channels her obsession with better sleep as the founder of ATTENU8 ear plugs.
